2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Merchant of Record Disclosure:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, order processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and returns.

All payments made on QuickJHA are securely processed by Paddle. By placing an order, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All transactions are charged in United States Dollars ($USD) or your local equivalent currency as determined at checkout.

3. Description of Service & Digital Delivery

QuickJHA provides an AI-assisted platform for generating professional workplace safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents.

Digital Delivery Policy: All products sold on QuickJHA are digital documents and services. Upon successful payment confirmation via Paddle, your purchased document is unlocked immediately and made available for preview, PDF export, and Word document download within your QuickJHA account dashboard.

4. User Responsibility & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Safety documentation generated by QuickJHA is designed to assist in safety planning, hazard identification, and risk assessment. However, all generated documents must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified safety professional before implementation on any job site.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all safety documents meet the specific legal, regulatory (OSHA, EM 385-1-1, etc.), and site-specific safety requirements of your jurisdiction and project.

5. Pricing & Single-Purchase Terms

QuickJHA operates primarily on a pay-per-document basis ($19.90 USD standard document export; $5.00 USD optional professional review add-on). Prices are clearly displayed prior to checkout. There are no hidden fees or recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated at checkout.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because QuickJHA offers instant digital delivery of safety documentation, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you encounter technical issues, duplicate charges, or undelivered files, please contact us at info@quickjha.com within 14 days of purchase for assistance or a full refund issued via Paddle.

7. Intellectual Property & License

The QuickJHA platform, software, design, logos, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of QuickJHA. Safety documents created and purchased by you remain your property for your internal business, project compliance, and commercial operational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickJHA and its operators, affiliates, licensors, or resellers (including Paddle.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service or generated documentation.
