1. Digital Product Delivery & Refund Overview

Merchant of Record & Refund Disbursement:

Our order process and payment fulfillment are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all payment processing, order receipts, and refund disbursements back to your original payment method.

QuickJHA provides instant digital safety documentation (Job Hazard Analysis, Activity Hazard Analysis, and Job Safety Analysis). Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, all purchases are generally final once the document is unlocked and accessed.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We want you to be completely satisfied with QuickJHA. We will gladly issue a 100% full refund under any of the following conditions:

  • Technical Delivery Failure: A system error or technical glitch prevented you from previewing, exporting, or downloading your paid document within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same document or transaction.
  • Unfulfilled Professional Review: You purchased the $5.00 Professional Review add-on and our safety experts failed to review and return feedback within 48 business hours.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The document was successfully unlocked, generated, and downloaded without technical errors.
  • Change of mind after downloading the complete document.
  • Failure to review and customize the generated safety document prior to submission to your project authority or employer.

4. Refund Request Timeframe & Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to info@quickjha.com with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Order/Document ID].
  2. Provide your account email address and a brief description of the technical issue or reason for the request.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 1 business day.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund is approved by QuickJHA support, the refund is immediately triggered through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. The funds will be credited directly back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

6. Subscription & Recurring Charge Terms

QuickJHA operates on a pay-per-document single purchase basis ($19.90 USD per document). We do not charge automatic recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. You will only ever be charged when you explicitly choose to purchase a document or professional review.
